Snake Pond

From June 2022 - to August 2022, I wrote and recorded Thelma Lou with a group of 4 talented musicians. It was a collection of old and new songs, revitalized and influenced by the musicians that played for it. It is my active project, and we are currently playing shows around the midwest.
Kent Rousseau Trio (Engineer)
On October 14, 2020, I had the privilege to record Kent Rousseau (piano), Grant Le (double bass), and Greg Niemi (drums) at 33 E. Congress Dr. in Chicago, IL. This recording was done without touching a computer, but instead operating an Otari MTR-90, an API Legacy 64 channel analog console, an assortment of outboard gear, and a Mara 1/4” 2 track tape machine.
Friday Pilot’s Club

In February of 2020, I spent two weeks assisting engineer Howard Willing at Shirk Music in Chicago, IL recording indie rock band, Friday Pilot’s Club. During this session I assisted with all necessary cable routing, cleanup, mic placement, and hospitality.
